GAS UP AND SERVE UP

Imagine not being able to host All-You-Can-Eat Monday, Karaoke Wednesdays or even an intimate family dinner due to no power. With loadshedding becoming a permanent part of our daily lives, many businesses have had to close doors indefinitely due to the unsustainability of having no power for most of the working day. The average household has also suffered greatly with food going off faster than normal, industries struggle to keep up with manufacturing demands, amongst many other inconveniences. One can only imagine what hours and hours of no electricity can do to a business in the food service industry.

Fortunately, it does not all have to be doom and gloom. The invention of gas equipment has never been so necessary in our modern age. That is why many of our clients have switched to gas not only to save on costs, but to serve their customers and ensure that the kitchen continues to run smoothly, especially during the sheds.

·     Gas cylinders should be kept away from heat and flames.

·     Ensure staff have sufficient training on how to operate gas equipment.

·     Ventilation. Ensure the area where gas equipment is connected is well ventilated.

·     Do not use equipment for anything other than what it is meant for.
