Holiday Time Cocktails

With the holidays upon us and summer at its prime, there is nothing better than sipping on a
delicious cocktail with friends and family.
G&Ts are making a comeback and we’ve added a little festive cheer to this summertime favourite.

Gin and Tonic with Cranberry and Rosemary

50 ml Gin (Any gin of your choice)
150 ml Tonic Water
Sprig of rosemary

Fill the glass with ice
Pour any gin of your choice over the ice
Add cranberries and rosemary
Top up with tonic water

The other cocktail on our list is an absolute classic. No holiday is complete without indulging in a
Strawberry Daiquiri. This cocktail is cool, refreshing and most importantly, delish.

Classic Strawberry Daiquiri

100 ml Vodka (Any Vodka of your choice)
350 grams Fresh Strawberries
60ml Lime Juice
2 tbsp Sugar
2 Cups Crushed Ice

Mix all the ingredients in a blender for 10-20 seconds
Repeat until you’ve reached your desired consistency

This next cocktail is pure class and sophistication. It goes down really well on a hot summer’s day
whilst lazing on the veranda or by the swimming pool.

Rooibos Tea Sangria

1 750ml bottle white wine, such as Sauvignon Blanc
4 cups Rooibos tea with honey
1/4 cups triple sec
2 cups sliced frozen peaches
2 cups raspberries
Fresh mint, for garnish

Make rooibos tea and honey to your desired sweetness
In a pitcher, combine wine, tea, triple sec, frozen peaches and raspberries and stir until properly
Refrigerate until chilled.
Serve garnished with mint
