FEATURES The Anvil double fish fryer is specially designed with a tilt-up head for easy removal of the oil tank. Each tank is 5lt and can take up to 250g of raw product per tank. This unit is thermostatically controlled at an operating temperature range of 50°C – 190°C. The larger basket design promotes even cooking and better oil drainage. Each backet handle is insulated.
